Hello and Welcome Everyone! I know.. I'm really late this year... I won't go into all the details.. but know it was kitchen related... It couldn't be helped and things are new and hopefully better. (hopefully...) My menu is small again this year. I'm slowing down but I just can't imagine a year without making candy. After all, when you do something as long as I have (22 years) habits are hard to break. Even though it's late in the holiday season, things are close to being ready to ship. I'd like to point out that even though my menu is small, there is one new item that is really good. I have taken maraschino cherries and soaked them in bourbon. Next - they are dipped and coated in white chocolate. They're out of this world! This year I'm offering the classic KY bourbon balls, bourbon brownies (box of 6 or 8), bourbon cherries and raspberry creams. Because of the consistent popularity I'm including the Pecan Bark.
