I started making Bourbon Balls when I was 16 years old. Years later, my recipes haven't changed, only the quality of the ingredients. I opened Heavenly Confectionery on a wing and a prayer in 2004, out of necessity. In the beginning I only made bourbon Balls. At some point, I was challenged by someone and ended up going to the French Pastry School in Chicago, studying Artisan Chocolate & Candy making. And my truffle making skills were born.

Going forward to 2022, I've worn many hats - from Creative Director to website building/maintaining.

At Heavenly Confectionery we use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients possible.

Our flavors change with the seasons. They are carefully packaged & decorated with a seasonally appropriate ribbon

Being a small producer gives me the freedom to create new things & work closely with my customers. As one type of truffle is sold out, another will take it's place. At any given time there will be a variety of products available, so please check the site frequently to see what's new.

I love suggestions and welcome special requests. Just know that certain minimums are required for specialty items.

At Heavenly Confectionery I create confections that are hand-rolled & hand-dipped

in small batches. But there's more to the story. Every product made in my commercial kitchen is prayed over & God's healing energy is added. I'm a Reiki Master and healing is important in every aspect of my life. In these days of turmoil, I wish that everyone finds a little peace, love and healing - if only through a truffle or a bite of fudge. Many Blessings to you! Donna
